9 things you must practice if travelling in different time zones.


👉🏼Eat less ( pre & specially in flight )


👉🏼Don’t watch too much screen ( in flight )


👉🏼Listen to soothing music / chants / meditative / focus on deeper breathing techniques ( in flight, it helps to keep your hr @ ease )


👉🏼Zero Sugary drinks / alcohol


👉🏼Sips of Water every hour.


👉🏼Mild Workouts as usual a day before and after the travel.


👉🏼 wear mild compression socks through the flight or a strong compression 1 hr before arrival ( & all the time that day) till the time you go to bed .



👉🏼 Once landed at your final destination: Keep meal timings as per your routine. (even if you are bit hungry wait till your usual lunch / dinner time to feed your body and brain. )


👉🏼 Sleep at your usual night time ( even if you are drowsy / avoid caffeine ) and try to move often to stay awake, a walk in sun works well to keep you on toes till night bedtime.
